2. Nature of Services (IT System Aggregator Model)

Nexserv India Private Limited operates strictly as an IT Service Integration and Technology Aggregator. The Portal functions as a centralized B2B agent dash panel designed to enable independent local merchants to offer standard digital utilities and financial enablement services to their walk-in consumers.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, Nexserv India Private Limited and/or its licensors hold the intellectual property rights for all material, code, API scripts, documentation, and layout styling displayed on the Portal. All rights are reserved.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Republishing, extracting, or copying source code or design assets from the Portal.
• Sub-licensing, renting, selling, or commercially distributing access to our agent portal dashboard to unauthorized third parties.
• Attempting reverse engineering, API tampering, rate abuse, or any malicious digital exploits on our systems.
• Interfering with the upstream partner nodes or banking server connections integrated into our IT panel.

4. Agent Onboarding, KYC & Account Safety

To use the B2B utility dashboard, all agents are required to register through our compliance workflow and submit proper Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation as mandated by our upstream banking partners and financial providers. Agents are entirely responsible for maintaining the safety of their login security pins, passwords, and system OTPs. Any system losses arising from agent negligence or shared credentials will not be liability claims against the corporate entity.
